Can I customise a design?
Yes. You can choose the carat weight, gold purity, gold colour and setting, or have a design made from a reference through our customised jewellery service. Customised and made-to-order pieces take 10 to 21 days, are not refundable and are exchange only, with resizing where the design allows.
What is the return, exchange and buyback policy?
Store-picked and Ready to Ship pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery with no deductions. Customised and made-to-order pieces are exchange only. All jewellery carries lifetime exchange at 100% of the current market rate for diamonds and gold, and lifetime buyback at 80% of the prevailing diamond value and 100% of the prevailing gold value. Making charges, discounts and GST are deducted.
