Buyback & Exchange policy

At Ivana Jewels, we aim to provide complete transparency and long-term value for every purchase. Our Buyback and Exchange Policy is designed to give customers flexibility, trust, and peace of mind throughout their jewelry ownership journey.

1. Lifetime Buyback Policy

Ivana Jewels offers a lifetime buyback on all lab-grown diamond jewelry purchased from us, subject to the following terms:

Diamond Component

Buyback value: 80% of the prevailing diamond value at the time of buyback.

Gold Component

Buyback value: 100% of the prevailing gold value at the time of buyback.

General Conditions

  • Buyback is applicable only on products originally purchased from Ivana Jewels.

  • The jewelry must be accompanied by:

    • Original invoice, and

    • Authenticity certificate.

  • The buyback value will be calculated based on:

    • Prevailing diamond and gold rates on the date of buyback.

  • Making charges, taxes, and GST are non-refundable and will not be considered in the buyback amount.

  • Any missing stones, damage, or alterations may lead to deductions after evaluation.

  • The final buyback value will be determined after a quality inspection by our team.

2. Lifetime Exchange Policy

Customers can exchange their Ivana Jewels purchase for any other jewelry from our collection.

Exchange Value

100% of the prevailing value of both:

  • Diamond component, and

  • Gold component.

Conditions

  • Exchange is calculated based on prevailing gold and diamond rates on the date of exchange.

  • Making charges and GST will be applicable on the new product.

  • The difference amount (if any) must be paid by the customer.

  • If the exchanged item has a lower value than the original, the balance amount will not be refunded.

  • Original invoice and certificate are required.

  • Jewelry must be in wearable condition, subject to inspection.

3. Important Notes

  • Policies are applicable only on products purchased directly from Ivana Jewels stores or official channels.

  • The company reserves the right to modify the policy without prior notice.

  • Any special promotional or discounted purchases may have different buyback or exchange terms, which will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
