Contract

No contract will be formed between you and Ivana Jewels for the sale of any product until Ivana Jewels has accepted your order with a confirmation email and has received full payment. Our acceptance of your order constitutes the formation of a legally binding contract between us. Legally binding contracts can only be entered into by adults (individuals aged 18 and over).

Ivana Jewels retains the right to decline your order if:

  • We cannot obtain authorisation for payment.
  • Shipping restrictions apply to a particular item.
  • The item ordered does not meet our quality control standards, is withdrawn, or is out of stock.
  • There is an error in pricing or content.

We may also reject or refuse to process a transaction for any reason, and reserve the right to deny service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of our not accepting your order. Our sole responsibility in such cases will be to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.

Payment

By making a purchase on this site, you confirm that the UPI account, credit card or debit card used belongs to you, or that you have explicit authorisation from the owner to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorise the payment, we will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and EMI. Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders. All card transactions on this site are processed through a payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure hosting environment.

The prices for ordered goods are as displayed on our website in INR (Indian Rupees). All prices include GST. Delivery charges will be clearly indicated when selected and included in the total cost.

Cash transactions exceeding ₹2,00,000 are not permitted, and a valid PAN card is mandatory for any transaction above that amount. For any card transaction exceeding ₹50,000, valid photo ID is required.

Defective and Damaged Items

Upon receiving goods, all parcels must be opened immediately in the presence of the courier to verify that the goods are undamaged and have not been tampered with. Failure to do so may prevent us from claiming against the courier or our insurers. If you do not inspect the goods upon receipt and subsequently find that they are missing or have been damaged during delivery, you agree to be solely responsible for any loss or damage and to waive, release, and indemnify us from any related claims, as permitted by applicable law.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible by replacing the item once you have returned the faulty item to us by post or courier. The return address will be provided in writing once you have reported the fault.

Returns, Exchange and Buyback

Separate from the provisions above, eligible jewellery may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, and all eligible pieces are covered by our Lifetime Exchange and Lifetime Buyback policies. Full terms, including what is and is not eligible, are set out on our All Policies page.

Product Description and Details

At Ivana Jewels, we make every reasonable effort to present our products on our website accurately. However, the colours we use and the display settings of your computer monitor may affect the appearance of the products you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the product's colour, texture, or detail with complete precision.

We do not warrant that our product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, current, or error-free. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and prices, where a pricing error is identified, Ivana Jewels reserves the right to decline the sale of that item. If a pricing error is discovered after payment, we will cancel the sale and provide a full refund. In the event that a product from Ivana Jewels does not match its description, your only recourse is to return it in unused condition.

Notes on weight and inclusions

  • For products other than "Ready to Ship" items, the actual gold weight may differ from the product description. Any variation in weight will be adjusted by charging or refunding the customer as necessary. For instance, if a product is listed with an approximate weight of 2.3 grams and is produced at 2.6 grams, the additional gold cost will be charged before shipping. Conversely, if the product weighs 2.1 grams, the reduced gold cost will be refunded before delivery.
  • Any weight difference will be calculated at the same discounted gold rate that applied at the time of your purchase, not at the rate on the day of adjustment.
  • Chains shown with products are for representational purposes unless otherwise specified. Where a product is described as being sold with a chain, the chain is included at no additional charge. Where a chain is not included, it may be purchased separately by contacting Ivana Jewels, with additional charges applicable unless otherwise specified.

The entire content of this website, including all jewellery designs, photographs, logos, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, including the use of the name "Ivana Jewels," belongs solely to Ivana Lifestyle Private Limited. You may store, print, and display the content solely for your personal use, and you may bring this content to the attention of others within your organisation. You are not authorised to publish, manipulate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you on this website, or to use any such content for business or commercial purposes.
