1. RETURN POLICY

Exchange / Return Period:
Customers can exchange or return products within 7 days of delivery without any deductions. This applies to store-picked jewellery and to Ready to Ship pieces bought online. It does not apply to customisation jewellery.

Post 7 Days:
If a customer wishes to return a product after the initial 7-day period, it will fall under our Lifetime Exchange / Buy-back Policy.

The Lifetime Exchange Policy allows for exchanges but does not permit refunds.

2. JEWELLERY CUSTOMISATION POLICY

Refunds:
There are no refunds available for customised jewellery. Make to order pieces are also considered under Customisation only.

Exchanges:
Customers may exchange customised jewellery under our Lifetime Exchange / Buy-back Policy.

Resizing:
Resizing and minor adjustments are available on customised jewellery where the design allows.

Please note: Ready to Ship pieces are held in stock and are not made to order. They are therefore not treated as customisation, and the 7-day return above applies to them in full.

3. LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers are entitled to a 100% exchange based on the current market rate for diamonds and gold.

Deductions:
Making charges, discounts and GST will be deducted from the total value during the exchange process.

Diamond value to be exchanged against diamond value only, any remaining diamond value after the exchange will be counted as buyback value and calculated as per the applicable buy-back policy.

Example:
Old diamond value is 50,000 & new diamond value is 30,000 so remaining 20,000 diamond value will be counted as buy back, that is 20% deduction on remaining value so final buyback value is 16,000.

Certification Charges (if certificate is misplaced during exchange)

For IGI: ₹2,000 per carat
For SGL: ₹1,000 per carat

4. LIFETIME BUYBACK POLICY

Ivana Jewels offers a lifetime buyback on all eligible lab-grown diamond jewellery purchased from us, subject to the following terms:

Buyback Value

We offer 80% buyback on diamonds based on the current market rate.
For gold, we provide a 100% buyback based on the current market rate.

Deductions

Making charges, discounts and GST are non-refundable and will be deducted at the time of buyback.
Any damage, missing stones, or alterations may lead to additional deductions after inspection.

Certification Charges (if certificate is misplaced during buyback)

For IGI: ₹2,000 per carat
For SGL: ₹1,000 per carat

5. LIFETIME WARRANTY

Ivana Jewels provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and against damage arising from natural causes in the ordinary course of wear.

What is covered:

Manufacturing defects in setting, soldering or finishing
Prongs loosening, or a stone coming loose, during normal everyday wear
Failure of a clasp, screw, hinge or joint that is not the result of impact
Any defect present at the time of delivery

What is not covered:

Damage caused by impact, crushing, bending or accidental force
Loss or theft of the piece or of individual stones due to accident
Damage caused by chemicals, or by ultrasonic cleaning of Polki and jadau jewellery
Alteration, resizing or repair carried out by any jeweller other than Ivana Jewels
Normal wear to plating and polish. Re-polishing and re-plating are available as chargeable services

How to make a claim:
Contact us at info@ivanajewels.com or on +91 63549 14240, or visit any Ivana Jewels showroom. We will inspect the piece and advise whether it will be repaired or replaced under warranty. All warranty decisions are subject to inspection.

Please note: damage that occurred in transit, or a defect noticed when the parcel is opened, must be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can claim against our courier and insurers.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Policy is applicable only on products purchased through official Ivana Jewels stores or channels.
Any promotional or discounted purchases may have different terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
Ivana Jewels reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
All decisions regarding buyback and exchange are subject to final quality inspection and company approval.

7. ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY

1. 10% Advance Payment

This option allows you to initiate the jewellery customisation process with a 10% advance payment.

Please Note:
This option does not include a freeze on the gold rate for the same day, meaning the final price may vary based on market fluctuations when the order is completed.

2. 20% Advance Payment

By opting for this choice, you can freeze gold rate by 20% advance payment.

Important Terms:

Customisation Process:
Once the advance payment is received, our team will begin working on your bespoke piece. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the jewellery.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation after the advance payment has been made, please refer to our Jewellery Customisation Policy.

Final Pricing:
The final price will be confirmed once your custom piece is ready, taking into account the chosen advance payment option.

8. CASH LIMIT POLICY

Cash Transaction Limit:

Cash transactions exceeding ₹2,00,000 are not permitted in a single transaction.

For multiple transactions under the same name, the cumulative cash limit of ₹2,00,000 applies within a specified time frame.

PAN Card Requirement:

For any transaction exceeding ₹2,00,000, a valid PAN card is mandatory.

This is required to comply with government regulations and to ensure proper documentation of high-value transactions.
