7 Day Return Policy

Our 7 Day Return Policy gives you time to be sure that your purchase is right. You can exchange or return eligible jewellery within 7 days of purchase, without any deductions.

What is eligible

  • Store-picked jewellery — pieces selected and purchased at an Ivana Jewels showroom.
  • Ready to Ship jewellery — pieces held in stock and dispatched without a production wait.

What is not eligible

  • Customised jewellery. Make-to-order pieces are also treated as customisation. These cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • Orders that have already been exchanged once under the 7 Day Return Policy. You can exchange your design within 7 days for the full value only once. Any second exchange request falls under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • Products that have been engraved or personalised.
  • Products that show signs of wear, alteration, resizing by an external jeweller, or damage.

Condition of return

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in saleable condition, with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration.
  • The original certificate must be returned with the piece.

After 7 days

  • Beyond the 7-day window, your purchase falls under our Lifetime Exchange and Lifetime Buyback policies:
  • Lifetime Exchange: 100% of the current market rate for diamonds and gold.
  • Lifetime Buyback: 80% of the prevailing diamond value and 100% of the prevailing gold value.
  • Making charges, discounts and GST are deducted in both cases. The Lifetime Exchange Policy allows exchanges but does not permit refunds. Full terms are on our All Policies page.

How your refund is processed

  • When a product is returned under the 7 Day Return Policy, a Quality Check is carried out.
  • Once the product clears the Quality Check, the refund is processed within 10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is processed to your bank account.
  • For prepaid orders, the amount is credited to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI).
  • Where the product was purchased through an EMI scheme, 1% of the grand total is deducted at the time of refund of the initial instalment.

How to return a product within 7 days

  • Place a return request through your account on the website, or email info@ivanajewels.com within 7 days of delivery to schedule a return pickup.
  • Ivana Jewels will send reverse pickup details and instructions.
  • Pack your jewellery in the original packaging and hand it to the logistics executive.
  • Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt, photo of the tracking number, or SMS confirmation).
  • Once the product reaches us, a Quality Check is carried out before the refund is processed.

International orders

International shipping charges are non-refundable. The 7 Day Return Policy applies to the value of the jewellery only.

Changes to policies

Ivana Jewels reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Customers are advised to review the policies periodically. Any changes take effect immediately upon publishing on www.ivanajewels.com.
