Pricing

  • Customers can freeze the gold rate on a made-to-order piece with a 20% advance payment; a 10% advance starts the order without a rate freeze.

Buyback, exchange and returns

  • Ivana Jewels offers lifetime buyback at 80% of the prevailing diamond value and 100% of the prevailing gold value.
  • Ivana Jewels offers lifetime exchange at 100% of the current market rate for diamonds and gold.
  • Making charges, discounts and GST are deducted on buyback and exchange.
  • Diamond value exchanges against diamond value only; any remaining diamond value is paid at the buyback rate.
  • Polki jewellery cannot be exchanged against faceted diamond jewellery, and vice versa.
  • Store-picked and Ready to Ship pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery with no deductions.
  • Customised and made-to-order pieces are not refundable and are exchange only, with resizing where the design allows.
  • Damage in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty

  • Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and damage from natural causes in ordinary wear.
  • The warranty covers loose prongs, loose stones, clasp and hinge failure not caused by impact, and any defect present at delivery.
  • The warranty does not cover impact damage, loss, chemical damage, ultrasonic cleaning of Polki, or work done by another jeweller.
  • Re-polishing and re-plating are available as chargeable services.

Delivery and customisation

  • Ready to Ship pieces are delivered within 3 to 4 days.
  • Made-to-order and customised pieces take 10 to 21 days.
  • Any design can be customised in carat weight, gold purity, gold colour or setting, or made from a reference image.
  • Deliveries are insured and require a signature.

Stores

  • Ivana Jewels operates 11 showrooms: Delhi (Pitampura), Delhi (Lajpat Nagar), Mumbai, Thane, Pune (Kopa Mall), Pune (Amanora Mall), Ahmedabad, Surat, Nagpur, Noida, Hyderabad and Mohali.
  • All showrooms are open 10:30 am to 9 pm, seven days a week.
  • Home trials are available in showroom cities by WhatsApp booking.
  • Virtual appointments are available for customers outside showroom cities.

Payments
