Yes. Store-picked jewellery can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase with no deductions. Customised and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged under our Lifetime Exchange Policy. After 7 days, all items fall under Lifetime Exchange and Buyback. Exchange is at 100% of the current market rate for diamonds and gold. Buyback is at 80% of the prevailing diamond value and 100% of the prevailing gold value.
