Our 7 Day Return Policy gives you the time to be sure that your purchase is perfect. If you need to return the product for any reason, you can opt for an easy return within 7 days of delivery of the product.

We provide a full refund under the 7 Day Return Policy, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.


When 7 Day Return Policy is Not Applicable

The 7 Day Return Policy will not apply in the following instances:

  • On orders that have already been exchanged once under the 7 Day Return Policy. You can exchange your design within 7 days for the full value only once. Any second exchange request will fall under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.

  • On products that have been engraved, personalized or customized.

  • On products that show signs of wear, alteration, resizing by an external jeweller, or damage.


Conditions for 7 Day Return

  • Product must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration.


Process for Refund under 7 Day Return Policy

When a product is returned under our 7 Day Return Policy, a Quality Check is conducted.

  • Once the product clears the Quality Check, refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI).

  • In case the product was purchased through EMI system, 1% of the Grand Total Amount will be deducted at the time of refund of the initial installment.


How to Return the Product within 7 Days

  • Place a return request through your account on the website or write an email to info@ivanajewels.com within 7 days of delivery to schedule a return pickup.

  • Ivana Jewels will send reverse pickup details and instructions.

  • Pack your jewellery in the original packaging material and hand it over to the logistics executive.

  • Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt / photo of tracking number / SMS confirmation).

  • Once the product is received, a Quality Check will be conducted before refund processing.


Changes in Policies

Ivana Jewels reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Customers are advised to review the policies periodically. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on www.ivanajewels.com.
