Buyback & Exchange policy

At Ivana Jewels, we believe in providing long-term value and complete transparency with every purchase. Our Buyback and Exchange Policy is designed to give you flexibility and confidence throughout your jewelry journey.

1. Lifetime Buyback Policy

Ivana Jewels offers a lifetime buyback on all eligible lab-grown diamond jewelry purchased from us, subject to the following terms:

Buyback Value

Diamond component: 80% of the prevailing diamond value at the time of buyback.

Gold component: 100% of the prevailing gold value at the time of buyback.

Deductions

  • Making charges, discounts and GST are non-refundable and will be deducted at the time of buyback.

  • Any damage, missing stones, or alterations may lead to additional deductions after inspection.

Category Restrictions

  • Polki can’t be exchanged against diamonds & vice versa.

  • Loose diamonds & polkis can’t be bought back or exchanged.

Certification Charges (if certificate is misplaced during buyback)

  • For IGI: ₹2,000 per carat

  • For SGL: ₹1,000 per carat

2. Lifetime Exchange Policy

Customers are entitled to a 100% exchange based on the current market rate for diamonds and gold.

Deductions: Making charges, discounts and GST will be deducted from the total value during the exchange process.

Diamond value to be exchanged against diamond value only, any remaining diamond value after the exchange will be counted as buyback value and calculated as per the applicable buy-back policy.

Example

Old diamond value is 50,000 & new diamond value is 30,000 so remaining 20,000 diamond value will be counted as buy back, that is 20% deduction on remaining value so final buyback value is 16,000.

  • If the new product value is higher, the customer must pay the difference.

  • If the new product value is lower, the balance amount will not be refunded.

Category Restrictions

  • Polki can’t be exchanged against diamonds & vice versa.

  • Loose diamonds & polkis can’t be bought back or exchanged.

Certification Charges (if certificate is misplaced during exchange)

  • For IGI: ₹2,000 per carat

  • For SGL: ₹1,000 per carat

3. Additional Terms

  • Policy is applicable only on products purchased through official Ivana Jewels stores or channels.

  • Any promotional or discounted purchases may have different terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

  • Ivana Jewels reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

  • All decisions regarding buyback and exchange are subject to final quality inspection and company approval.
